PRINCE SAM OGRIH
Prince Sam Ogrih, an Accountant by training with over 3 decades of experience, is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Delta Mega Trend Nigeria Limited (DMTNL), a real estate development company that owns the prestigious “The Plantation City” in Warri.
With offices in Delta, Lagos, Abuja and Houston-Texas, Delta Mega Trend has built a reputation for excellence and value addition for discerning real estate investors.
Prince Ogrih’s unique approach to real estate development which promotes the development of gated communities has attracted local and international attention, thereby making him a regular guest at various industry events, globally where he gives insights on real estate development in Nigeria.
Recently the state of Georgia, USA, conferred on him an honorary citizenship and congressional commendation for his outstanding entrepreneurial acumen.
The Plantation City is inarguably the most extensive real estate development project in the South-South region of Nigeria. It currently has over 600 housing units at various completion stages and over 400 occupied.
Prior to establishing Delta Mega Trend Nigeria Limited, he was involved with setting up of the Lagos State University Campus, Lekki, where many young Nigerians have received affordable and quality education in various undergraduate disciplines.

DMTNL also designed and developed the delightful, modern, smart looking Leawood Hotel and SEE Events Centre in Lagos, amongst other numerous private, public, corporate and collaborative properties spread across Nigeria.
AWARDS
He has been amongst a catalogue of awards as the CEO of the Year in the annual Nigeria International Housing Awards organized by the Nigeria Housing Advocacy Network (NHAN).
Mr. Sam Ogrih was also conferred the award of CEO, Real Estate company of the Year by the Africa International Housing, for Four (4) consecutive time held at the International Conference Centre Abuja, Nigeria.
ACHIEVEMENTS
ISOKO Nation Personality Award 2022
This award was presented to Mr. Sam Ogrih in recognition of his contribution to the Real Estate industry in Delta State and Nigeria.
Sam Ogrih, a Fellow of the Institute of Strategies Management, has attended several local and international courses on Leadership and Real Estate Development from notable institutions including Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
He has contributed immensely through his foundation for many years in the education of students/pupils, including underwriting NECO fees and school uniforms and learning materials. The foundation also cares for the aged, especially the widows and supports start-up companies in his own little way.
The award-winning real estate mogul has over 3 decade experience in business, spanning real estate, aviation, manufacturing, hospitality and education.
